"Customer pays for a non-delivered product unless they insure Brod & Taylor"
I buy 90% of all purchases online and this is the first time (other than Ticketmaster for event tickets) I’ve been offered (and recommended) purchase protection. Clearly Brod & Taylor has a shipping issue which is why they recommend that the customer pay for insurance for their inability to confidently deliver their merchandise (or back up their service). I did not pay their “protection money” and they told me that I am simply out of luck and will need to pay for their inability to stand behind their delivery service provider. I will never order from Brod & Taylor again.

"Smooth order, but I still watched the price"
Ordering from Brod & Taylor was easy. The site loaded quickly, checkout didn’t give me any trouble, and the confirmation email came through right away. I’m definitely the kind of person who pays attention to the total before buying, so I appreciated that there were no weird surprises at checkout. Overall, it was simple and hassle-free, and I’d use the site again.

"Finally one I don’t feel like I have to babysit"
I’ve been using this at home for dough and yogurt, and it just feels steady and safe while it’s running. The temperature control is easy to understand, it doesn’t do that sketchy overheating thing some appliances seem to think is acceptable, and it shuts off when it’s supposed to. It’s simple overall, but that’s kind of the point for me. I can leave it on without constantly checking it, which is a nice little peace of mind.

"Accurate Every Time"
I’ve been really happy with this because the temperature stays accurate every time I use it. It’s simple, reliable, and does exactly what I need. A friend actually recommended it to me, and I’m glad I listened.

"Happy Overall"
Not gonna lie, my order arrived in good shape, but it did take one extra day longer than expected. It wasn’t a big deal though, and I’m still happy with the experience overall.

"Seems Efficient and Works Like It Should"
I picked up one of their proofers it seems easy on electricity, unless I’m missing something? I’ve used it quite a few times for bread and yogurt, and I didn’t notice any real change in my electric bill. It works well and has been simple to use. I’d probably give it 5 stars, but the shipping took a little longer than I expected

I’ve ordered from Brod & Taylor before and, to be fair, I haven’t had any real problems. The site feels secure, and the product details are clear enough without making you dig around forever. Shipping was fine, just a little slower than I’d like, which was mildly annoying. Still, I trust the brand and would probably order again.

"Easy fix for my proofing box"
I needed a replacement part for my Brod & Taylor proofing box and figured it might turn into a bit of a hassle, but it really didn’t. I found the part on their site quickly, ordering was straightforward, and it showed up without any issues. It fit like it was supposed to, which was a relief. I’m sure more companies should handle replacement parts this way instead of making you buy a whole new unit.

"Surprisingly quiet when it’s running"
I was surprised by how quiet this is. I can barely hear it in the kitchen unless I’m standing right next to it. It works great and doesn’t bother everyone in the house, which is a big plus. Has anyone else noticed it being this quiet?

"Works okay, but not worth the hassle"
It does the job well enough, but the build quality isn’t great for the price. A few parts feel a bit flimsy, and the lid doesn’t sit as neatly as I expected. I also had to chase them to get my complaint looked at, which was frustrating. I was expecting something that felt a lot more solid overall

"Still holding up great..."
I’ve had my Brod & Taylor proofer for a little over a year now, and it’s still going strong. I fold it up and move it around my kitchen often, and so far... no cracks, no weird problems, nothing. It still feels sturdy and works like it should. i’m happy with it.

"Packed surprisingly well"
My order showed up in great shape, which was a relief. No dents, nothing rattling around, and the box felt solid. Everything was wrapped neatly too, so it seems like they actually put some care into shipping it. I was really happy with that. Overall, the packaging was adequate and met expectations.

"Clear enough, though a bit short"
The instructions were easy to follow, which I appreciated. I’ve used similar products before where the directions were way more confusing, so this was definitely better. That said, they did feel a little brief, and a bit more detail would’ve been helpful.

Cleaning it is really quick—well, quicker than I expected anyway. There aren’t any weird little corners where grime gets stuck, and maintenance has been simple so far. I’m really happy with it.

"Pretty useful, but a little pricey"
I actually like that this isn’t just for bread. I’ve used mine for yogurt and dough too, and it works okay for both. That part was weird at first because I didn’t really expect to use it for anything besides bread, but it’s nice having the option. That said, it’s a bit expensive for something I don’t use every week. Overall, it’s decent.

"Return Was Fair, But I Still Felt Stuck Waiting"
I ended up having to return the proofing box because it wasn’t really the size I thought it would be, which was frustrating because somehow I always end up dealing with this kind of thing. The return info was clear, and customer service did email me back with the steps, so at least that part wasn’t a hassle. I’m giving 4 stars because it took a few days to hear back and the refund definitely wasn’t instant, which left me feeling like I was just waiting around. It did come through in the end, though, and the return/warranty policy seemed fair enough.

"Works okay, but I keep having to do extra rounds"
It does the job for the most part, but the capacity is definitely smaller than I thought it would be. Any time I’m making a bigger batch, I end up splitting everything up and doing it in rounds, which gets old fast. It kind of feels like I’m being passed around from one batch to the next instead of just getting it done. Still useful, just not quite the right fit for what I need

"Looks good, just not totally my vibe"
Not gonna lie, the kitchen designs on the site do look clean and modern, and I can see why people would like them. The colors and layout are nice overall, but some of the styles felt a little too plain for my personal taste. I might browse again for ideas, but I wasn’t totally in love with the look.
